Luxury coastal merchandise is our side gig, fun hobby, and reminds us to fuel our souls.  We're a team of adventurers, tech execs, ocean lovers and paddleboard racers, based in North Carolina.

Though we established this LLC in 2023, we're a business and professional consulting firm, working closely with technology leaders for the past 15 years, allowing us to develop a reputation for excellence.  Our team of experts works closely with executives and business leaders to create tailored approaches that deliver success in their business and personal careers.  Our specialized business consulting services are tailored to each client, ensuring that we deliver the best results possible. We are passionate about what we do and are committed to helping our clients achieve their goals. 

We have been very lucky to have a seat at the table with executives in Big Tech since early in our careers, becoming trusted partners and ensuring repeat clients and success.  Our specialty is in executive coaching & recruiting, LinkedIn support and resume review and design, but we also provide specialized business consulting services.  Our services are optimized to your needs, helping you optimize your personal or business success.

Our senior consultant is an executive in a Fortune 500 technology company, with a background in product and services sales, consulting services, service delivery leadership, and cyber security.  She is well connected in the industry, and frequently helps CIOs, CISOs, and other tech leaders with their career needs.
